Sports fund raiser events are usually put together with the help of many overworked volunteers. With all the details and guests to attend to, Signature Auctions has two programs to relieve you of the silent auction burden.

On-Location Silent Auction Service

Available for charities in the New York metropolitan area. After consulting with you about the fine points of your event and learning the tastes of your guests, we will:

  1. Customize a selection of 25 to 100 unique items from all the major sports as well as entertainment and artwork to dazzle and impress your audience.
  2. Arrive at your event hours before it begins to create an attractive display of the silent auction merchandise.
  3. Supervise the auction and answer any questions that your guests may have.
  4. Announce the auction winners and collect the auction payments and if you prefer, we can even process the auction payments. In auctions where we process the payments, we will cut your organization a check within 48 hours of the event and include a full breakdown of the evening’s sales.

In either case, there is NO CHARGE for the On-Location Program and NO RISK to your organization, as we take back all unsold items. Your organization is GUARANTEED TO MAKE MONEY on every item that sells and YOUR REVENUE ESCALATES as the bidding increases. Your event, along with your bottom line, will be greatly enhanced and your audience will be able to take its purchases home that evening. Additionally, if you have donated items that you would like incorporated into the auction, we would be happy to discuss several options as well.

Off-Location Silent Auction Services

This option is great for New York Metro area charities looking to supplement their auctions with premier sports and entertainment merchandise. After consulting with you about the fine points of your event and learning the tastes of your guests, we will:

  1. Customize a fabulous selection of 10 to 100 unique items from all of the major sports as well as entertainment to dazzle and impress your audience.
  2. Provide you in advance with a list of the auction items with detailed descriptions and minimum bids. We guarantee you’ll automatically make at least 20% on EVERY item you sell AND you’ll also receive ALL OF THE UPSIDE REVENUE ABOVE THE MINIMUM BID. There is NO RISK to your charity as we take back all items that are unsold. Your organization is GUARANTEED TO MAKE MONEY on every item that sells and YOUR REVENUE ESCALATES as the bidding increases. And with the great items that we select, the sky is the limit on bid-ups.
  3. Carefully package and ship the items to you so that they arrive within a week of your event.

After the auction, you would simply settle up for the items that sell and return any items that do not sell. It’s that simple.
